There’s something special about capturing a love story where it naturally unfolds, and this Muskoka engagement session was exactly that.


This session took place at Lana's family lakefront cottage, surrounded by towering pines, calm water, and that northern golden hour glow. These two spent the evening with the most perfect backdrop doing what they love most: champagne showers, cuddles with their pup, paddling the canoe, fishing under the sunset and laughing the whole way through.


We wrapped it all up with the best kind of splash - fully clothed, and jumping straight into the lake, and yessss of course I jumped right in after them because how can you be at a cottage and not jump right in???


When you mix cottage memories, warm Muskoka light, and a couple who’s up for anything, you get pure magic - a photographers dream really and this really shines through in this gallery.
